Knowing our PeaceJammers have achieved an amazing impact in Europe so far, we are excited to develop a powerful and rewarding European alumni network with YOU! Bringing together your PeaceJam experience and knowledge creates an inspiring, empowering learning space, where we would like all of you former PeaceJammers and mentors, to be part of!

The Alumni Network enables the chance to set up a life-lasting beneficial and experienced network. Extend your PeaceJam lifecycle through the alumni network by participating in inspiring events and enjoying useful tools such as workshops, cross-job exchanges, volunteering opportunities, (online) networking events, educational material, webinars and the latest updates on our laureate’s impact-related work.

In this two-hour session, we hope to meet many of you former PeaceJammers and mentors and explore with you ways to cultivate a diverse, powerful and rewarding network of alumni relationships across Europe.

Who are we?

Meet the current summer-intern team: working on the fundaments of the PeaceJam Europe Alumni Network!


Esther (Brussels, Belgium) will attend Maastricht University fall 2020 to study natural sciences with a focus on physics and mathematics. She is always enthusiastic to learn about the different ways to approach the reality of life and the universe through social sciences, art and natural sciences. Esther shares Spider-Man’s passion for physics and photography. “

Bente (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) is currently finishing her Masters in Religion and Culture at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She feels inspired by encouraging intercultural dialogue and interreligious understanding. An example of this has been her participation in joint-research with South-African students on the sustainable development of religious communities.

Elisa (Kiev, Ukraine) is a graduate at Collegium Civitas studying International Relations. She has a keen interest in human rights, civil resistance and sustainable peacebuilding, with a passion for youth empowerment through art and education. Elisa created the Young Peacebuilders Student Association in the first Peace and Conflict faculty in Poland.
